  16. If the animal has not been altered (sterilized), you will be required to have a veterinarian to do so when the animal reaches 6 months old.

  67. Please provide the name, address, and phone number for at least 3 people (not related to you) who would recommend you as a good adoptive family for a rescued animal.
  76. I certify that the information provided on this form is true and correct. I am also financially and physically able to care for this animal. I understand that proper food and veterinarian care can be costly and I am able to meet these requirements.
  78. All applicants are subject to a home visit. Home visits are made on a random basis following or prior to adoption. If upon inspectin, PAWS find information in this application to be false, PAWS retains the right to turn down the adoption or remove the animal from your premises without a refund of moneys paid. PAWS reserves the right to refuse an application for whatever reason it deems fit.

    We wanted to let you know how Tori and Fernando (now Tres) are doing. By Sunday night both were out playing with Cliffy and Shilo (our cat and dog). Tori is definitely a bit more shy, but has a ball when she is playing with everyone. Tres is hilarious. I don’t think that he ever stops and as Julie says, it sounds like a heard of horses when he runs. All four are getting along great. Both new cats love our dog and play with her as well as with Cliffy. I didn’t think that after 24 hours we would have four very happy, content animals. And as I write this, Cliffy is cleaning Tres as Tori and Shilo play with a yarn ball.

    Please pass on our thanks to Julie. She did an amazing job with these two and we are so thrilled to have them both. Tell her to come and visit any time if she wants to spend time with them. We would all enjoy it.
